Why Can't I Connect to
In some cases, you will not be able to connect to if your computer is using a Firewall or Proxy Server. Consult your Network Administrator, NSP (Network Service Provider) or ISP (Internet Service Provider) support service or use another connection.

If a connection error has occurred, please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please use the "Contact Us" link to notify us.

You might have been temporarily disconnected from the server, which may be due to Internet connection problems.

How Long Does the Download Process Take?
The initial download is 1.5MB, followed by an update of less than 20MB after installation. The average download time is 2-3 minutes, using a 1 megabit cable connection. Our engineers have utilised sophisticated algorithms, making The3Dpoker program the smallest downloadable 3D Poker software on the Internet, without compromising on graphics or cutting edge features.

Why Can't I Find Icon on My Desktop?
If the icon is not on your desktop and you can't remember where you saved it, please follow these steps:

Press on the "Start" menu at the bottom left corner of your screen. Choose "Search" and then "For Files or Folders". Where it asks for the file "Name", enter "The3Dpoker-setup.exe" (without the quotation marks) and then press "Find Now". The computer will now search for the file. If you receive a file named "The3Dpoker.exe" under the "Name" or "Search Results" section, in the white window, it means the file was found. Double click on it. If the computer has finished the search and there is no such file in the window, it means that the file was not found. In this case (if you do not have a hard drive other than [C:]), you will have to repeat the download process.

How to Uninstall Our Software
For the convenience of our Members, has made the process of uninstalling our Poker software quick and easy to do. To uninstall our Poker software, from your PC, please follow the steps below:

Click on "Start", on the lower left corner of your Windows Taskbar; Go to "Programs"; A menu will open; go to ""; A menu will open; click on "Uninstall"; You will see the Select Uninstall Method pop-up window. Click on the "Automatic" option box; Click on "Next", on the bottom of the pop-up window; Click on "Finish", on the bottom of the pop-up window; The software will automatically uninstall from your PC (this process may take a few moments).

Im getting an error while downloading or installing, what should I do?
Your problem could be related to how 3D graphics are handled by your computer. Below you will find instructions on how to fix the most likely causes of this problem.

Please note that The3DPoker requires Windows XP or Vista. If you have an older version of Windows, we will provide a light version of The3DPoker in the future, but for the time being, you wont be able to play here.

1. Right-click on the desktop and choose preferences from the menu that pops up.

2. Click the settings tab.

3. Set the Color dept/Color quality to "Highest (32 bits)".

4. Click OK to apply changes and close the window.

You need to know the brand and model of your graphics card. You can find out by doing the following:

1. Right-click on the desktop and choose preferences from the menu that pops up.

2. Click the settings tab.

3. You will see the name of the graphics card, including the manufacturers name and card model on your screen.

You need to download the latest version of your graphics drivers from the manufacturers website.

Example: If your graphics card is made by ATI, go to If your graphics card is made by Nvidia, go to Follow the instructions on their webpages about how to download and install the new drivers.

If you cant find your graphics card's manufacturer, please search the web for the model name of your graphics card.

Once the new driver is installed, please re-start your computer. If youre still having problems, please continue below.

Direct-X is the part of Microsoft Windows that deals with advanced 3D graphics.

Open the directory to which you installed The3DPoker. The directory is usually in this location "C:/Program Files/The3DPoker/". You can reach this directory by following these steps:

  1. Double click on "My Computer" on your desktop.
  2. Open the drive named "Local Disc C:" or similar.
  3. Open the directory named "Program Files".
  4. Open the directory named "The3DPoker". (Depending on your computer settings you might have to click on "Show Files" before the contents of Program Files are shown).
  5. Run the program named "dxwebsetup" and follow instructions.

If you are asked to restart your computer, please do so. Then try running The3DPoker again. If youre still having problems, please continue below.
