What's the best deposit method?
The3Dpoker.com recommends Click2Pay. Click2Pay is a leading online e-wallet developed for fast and secure money transfers.

Why does the game say "The server does not respond" when I try to log in?
You are probably sitting behind a "firewall". It's a safety measure that protects your computer from unauthorized access. Among other things, it limits the communication with the outside world to a few standard channels -- and the The3Dpoker.com client-server solution is apparently not on the approved list.

Please try configuring the firewall to accept traffic on our game ports. Please contact us if you need more information.

What should I do if I am behind a firewall?
If you are behind a firewall, you will have to configure the firewall to allow communications on the following ports that The3Dpoker.com uses: 4711 and 4712.

I need more play money
Your playmoney is automatically refilled when your account balance is low.

When do I receive my cash out?
All Cash Out requests are checked and approved by The3Dpoker.com staff members before
the payment is initiated. This is usually done within 48 hours.
ID documents may be requested if necessary.
